Completed documents and your Certificate of Completion should be retained as evidence of CPD and uploaded to IPWEAQ’s Track my CPD portal

Note: to earn 5 hours CPD and a certificate of completion, all activity reports must be completed and emailed to Juliet Schaffer within 12 weeks of program commencement.
